Women of Color in Cannabis regularly holds informative and community-building events we call CannaSessions. Meeting in and making space for our communities is important to us, particularly with the people often overlooked in the legal cannabis industry.
Each educational session tackles a different aspect of the cannabis industry. Through lesson plans and carefully crafted panels with industry leaders, meeting attendees are able to gain more insight into the topic of discussion.
Our social gatherings and community-building events bring us together to celebrate our community wins and make plans to tackle our issues in the legal cannabis industry together.

CannaCareers is WOCCs Employment Services program developed in conjunction with program partners THC Staffing and Quality Control Analytics. CannaCareers is one-stop-shop for personal development, job sourcing, and a place to learn the industry skills and qualifications you will need to begin a career in Cannabis. These resources have been vetted and tested to ensure they are safe environments for BIPOC folx interested in participating in the Cannabis industry.
Whether you are transitioning into the Cannabis industry or leveraging your Cannabis experience to move up, WOCC hopes these resources will help guide you on your path to gaining employment in the Cannabis industry.
